SECORP designation (UNS NO.)
A ductile cobalt-base alloy for high-temperature service. At 1800°F (982°C), it has a 100 hours stress-rupture strength of 7000 psi. High strength, resistance to oxidation and carburization up to 1900°F (1037°C).
 
Extensively used in jet engine parts. Also widely used in various industrial furnace applications.
