Commercially pure Titanium. Relatively low strength; controlled primarily by oxygen content. Excellent overall corrosion resistance especially resistant to sulfuric and hydrchloric acids and nitric acid in all concentrations. Resistant to oxidation to 1000°C

Major Applications

 

Heat exchangers and condenser tubing. Sea-water, marine equipment and desalinization. Pickling basket. Electrolytic production of copper, manganese, nickel and other metals. Pulp and paper production.
