SA577 has special flux formulation that enables welders to perform repairs in difficult positions.

For surface protection against severe abrasion eg. Boring bucket, augers & dredge equipment.

SA579 produces Chromium carbides with additions of Boron and Molybdenum to form secondary carbides to enhance super-hard deposits. Deposits is evenly distributed in a predominantly martensitic matrix giving maximum protection to parts or components subjected to sever abrasion and moderate impacts.

SA579 does not penetrate deep into the base metal causing metal dilution and has high metal recovery with almost no wastage.

SA707 weld metal deposits has better wear resistance than any other hard-facing alloy known. This resistance is obtained through metallurgically well balanced propotions of alloys such as Chromium, carbon and Manganese. SA707 produces a fine and evenly distributed Chromium Carbide in austenitic structure.
