SE-718 (N07718)

SECORP designation (UNS NO.)

High strength nickel-chromium-iron alloy which can precipitation-hardened due to its columbium content and additions of aluminium and titanium. Provides excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties at high, low and even at cryogenic temperatures.

Major Applications

In the marine industry the alloy is used for shafting or sour-gas drilling equipment. Fasteners to be used in a wide range of temperatures.
